Payment Policy

In order to protect you, our valued customer, and the security of your payment information, this website ( utilizes the service of PayPal Payment Gateway.

PayPal provides a secure way to process your payment, includes purchase protection for you, and also provides an efficient way for us to issue refunds when necessary.

You do not have to have a personal PayPal account to pay for an order through this website. Making a a purchase with us through PayPal via your PayPal Balance, Credit Card Processing, or E-Check does, however, constitute your agreement to abide by PayPal’s Terms and Conditions as well as those of your own Financial Institution.


While most payment transactions process within 1-3 business days and refunds within 3-7 business days, processing timelines are subject to the terms of PayPal as well as your Financial Institution. We will make every effort to assist our customers in expediting delayed payments and refunds when they occur, but we are not responsible nor liable for delays caused by PayPal and/or your Financial Institution. 


Please keep in mind that the majority of the products we sell are both very heavy and over-sized. Most carriers (FedEx, UPS), therefore, impose a surcharge. Some products and larger orders may require shipping by freight.

We communicate with our suppliers and shipping carriers continually in an effort to keep delivery costs as low as possible. Once an order ships, we supply you with tracking information so you can anticipate the arrival of your merchandise regardless of the carrier being used for delivery.

Refund Policy


All of our products ship in new condition and are covered by applicable manufacturers’ warranties as described in each Product Description. Packages are also insured with the shipping carrier to cover any damage incurred in transit. Therefore, we only provide a refund if your order is cancelled before any product has been processed for shipping and left our warehouse.

In the event of a warranty issue or manufacturer’s defect, a replacement part or parts will be shipped to you. In the event a compressor or other major component needs to be replaced per warranty, the new compressor or component will be shipped after the defective unit is returned and received.  We assume all costs for shipping on replacement parts and warranty returns. 

Small-Item Returns

For small items and accessories, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis provided you contact us within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your item(s). Upon our approval to refund, you must return the item(s) to us within fifteen (15) days at your cost. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging. If these conditions are met, we will issue a refund for the total cost paid for the product(s). Shipping charges are not refundable.

We will notify you via the email address you provide for such communication when we have received your returned item(s) and made a determination on issuing a refund.

Once initiated, refund processing can take 3-7 business days subject to the Terms and Conditions described above through PayPal and your Financial Institution.
